Sport training is for one purpose only; to become better at your sport and to prevent injuries. We do a break down of what you need to gain that extra edge. Many sports require speed, strength and flexibilty.

Strength is one of the most important aspects of sports training. In order to take the physical demands of sport and prevent injury. Lifting helps an athlete run faster, jump higher, and throw a greater distance. 

Speed/Agility  

Linear speed and directional speed are the most important atributes to successful sports performance.
