Program Design

 

We Design a exercise program to fit your needs based on these factors:

  1. Needs Analysis 

  2. Exercise Selection 

  3. Training Frequency 

  4. Exercise Order

  5. Training Loads and Repetitions

  6. Volume

  7. Rest Periods

 

3 Parts Make Up Program Design:

 

Part I is a deep analysis where you are physically and where you want to be physically. 1 to 2 Meetings 

 

Part II is the construction of your specific exercise program based off Part I. This is the most time consuming of all the Sections. A detailed typed out program explaining what to do! 5-10hrs 

 

Part III shows how to use what was designed for you. Each specific workout made for you is showed to you by a one on one personal training session! 1-5 meetings!

 

Part I, Part II, and Part III are continuous, only Part I can be done separately as a payment option

Part II Construction of Program $200

-Writing and constructing exercises, repetitions, loads, volume, frequency, and rest

-Excel Spread Sheet 

 

Part III Implementation of Program $150

-Show Exercise Order

-Show Exercises 

-Show Intensity, Rest, Work Ethic 

-One on One Training Sessions
